Abstract: The relative experiments with light
signals are conducted according to the circumstances, without insight into
their principle of arranging. This way of scientific progress leaves behind
estimates, deprived of explicitness. Is needed systematization, so the demand
for concrete results be made purposefully, with elements of heuristics.
