Abstract
The witty experiment per Sanyak represents a direct testament to the unsoundness of the second postulate of the Special theory. But her admirers quickly stick to it the label "non-inertial" with which it removes from its path of scientific rise, respectively, it crossed out for discussion and study. From the very staging of the experiment, however, shows that this assessment is unserious.
